Purple Fog Side is one of the most renowned bands in the Russian dark scene. Founded in 1996 and led by Pavel Zolin, the band has constantly evolved with various line-up and stylistic changes. The new album is the band’s eighth full-length release. It features the new vocalist, Laly Fox, and showcases yet another impressive Purple Fog Side record, highlighted by remarkable musicianship and composition throughout.

“The Discord” delivers an elegant blend of synthpop, dreampop and darkwave, with melancholic female vocals. A must listen for fans of artists such as Cocteau Twins, Bel Canto, Breath Of Life and the like.
